II. Time Limits for Refund/Return Requests

For "no-reason returns," please initiate your request within 7 days of receipt;
Requests submitted after the specified time limit are subject to the platform's discretion regarding acceptance, based on the specific circumstances.

III. Refund Processing Procedure

Users must submit refund requests via the order page on the website or through customer service channels, providing the order number, a description of the issue, and relevant supporting images;
The platform will review the request within 1–3 business days;
Once the request has been approved, please ship the product back to the designated return address;
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, the platform will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

IV. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues, incorrect shipments, or missing items will be borne by the platform;
For returns made due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the product, incorrect size, or failure to meet expectations), the return shipping costs must be borne by the user;
